Free Shipping

Orders of $1,000 or more qualify for free shipping within our delivery area. This applies automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed. If your order total is below $1,000, standard freight shipping rates will be calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframe

Most cabinets are custom-assembled to order rather than mass-produced and pre-stocked. Because of this, estimated delivery under our shipping policy is 2-4 weeks from the date your order is placed. This timeframe allows our manufacturing partners to properly build, finish, and quality-check each cabinet before it ships.

We know that’s an important factor when planning a renovation, so we recommend ordering cabinets a few weeks ahead of your installation date to avoid any project delays.

Delivery Process

Because cabinets are large freight items, delivery isn’t left on your doorstep like a regular parcel. Instead, our shipping policy uses a scheduled, appointment-based delivery process. Here’s what to expect, step by step:

1. Scheduling call — once your order ships, our freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment that works with your availability.
2. Delivery window — the day before your scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a call confirming a 4-hour delivery window.
3. Day-of update — on delivery day, the driver will call 30-60 minutes before arrival so you have time to prepare and be ready to receive your order.

This structured process helps avoid missed deliveries and ensures someone is available to properly receive large, heavy cabinetry.

Someone Must Be Present

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address during your scheduled window to inspect and sign for the delivery. For large cabinets, we recommend having an extra set of hands available to help carry and move items into place, as drivers typically deliver to your doorway or garage only — they are not responsible for carrying cabinets into your home or up staircases.

Inspecting Your Delivery

When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging and cabinets for any visible damage before signing for the delivery. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within our standard delivery area. If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies for standard freight delivery or may require additional shipping fees due to distance or accessibility, please reach out before placing your order and we’ll be happy to confirm.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your delivery’s progress. If you haven’t received tracking details within your estimated delivery window, please contact our support team.
